Whether you’re building production cabinets or just a single set for your home or shop, this drawer slide mounting tool will greatly simplify the process of positioning your slides accurately to assure smooth gliding drawer movement. This tool uses the intersection of the cabinet stile and rail in face frame cabinets, and the cabinet side in frameless cabinets as a reference point from which to position a slide perfectly parallel to the drawer opening. Simply place a metallic drawer slide into position on the base of the tool, (magnets hold the slide in place) align the tool where the stile and rail meet as shown at left, and drive the screws. Perfect alignment every time! Patent Pending.
Once you have your full-extension slides mounted into the cabinet, aligning the drawer box to the slides becomes the next challenge. Our mounting brackets are designed to make this process simple with either framed or frameless cabinets. Simply clamp a bracket under each slide, set the drawer box into the drawer opening so it balances on the brackets. Pull the slide to the front of the drawer box and secure it into position by driving a screw. Drawer box installation could not be easier.
Curved design lifts out of the way to bypass the stop allowing you to square an end and cut to length without moving the stop. Attaches to T-trak in fence with 1/4" hex bolt.
This "Rock Solid" stop features dual cursers that allow it to be read from either side of the blade. Drops onto the top of the fence for easy removal. Perfect for repetitive high-production applications.
Our "Perfect Miter" attachment is designed to support the mitered end of a board so that the sharp point of the miter is not damaged while cutting. The attachment also allows the mitered end to be measured off of two points of contact instead of the toe of the miter
Our one-piece design eliminates clogging and provides a much smoother and faster drilling stroke than the drill bits with replaceable center drills. The KJD bit is made of high-speed steel. Because the KJD bit is 3/8" diameter and it can be used in any of our manual jigs
This Resaw Guide allows for a higher level of control when adjusting for band saw blade drift on-the-fly. The curved face of the guide helps you steer the board into the cut.
